Function

The business of this organization shall be managed by a Board of Directors, hereinafter referred to as the "Board", the governing and administrative body of this organization.

Purpose
The board is responsible for overall policy and direction of the organization, and delegates responsibility of day-to-day operations to committees.

  1. To provide management and oversight of the business and affairs of OSCELOT corporation in accordance with the bylaws and consistent with the mission. This includes management of the corporate assets (including funds, intellectual property, trademarks, support equipment) and allocation of corporate resources to committees and projects.
  2. To provide leadership for the overall organization.
  3. To represent the organization.
