Running with OSCELOT

OSCELOT was mentioned in a recent e-Learning blog entry by Ken Ronkowitz on the site serendipity35.

Ken is currently the Director of the Writing Initiative at Passaic County Community College in Paterson, New Jersey. He was the Manager of Instructional Technology at NJIT (NJ Institute of Technology) from 2000 - 2007, and a secondary English teacher before that. He's also one of the "experts" on higheredexperts.com. The initial posting suggests that we are essentially a Blackboard spin-off, but Mark has posted comments to put them right! Rightly Ken draws attention to the current bias of projects towards Blackboard, but fails to note that the solution requires action both from within and outwith the current OSCELOT community. Still it should generate some site traffic if nothing else :-)
